Sunday School

Sunday School at Holly Springs United Methodist is where faith becomes personal, practical, and shared. On Sundays at 10:00 AM, we gather in age-appropriate classes so children, youth, and adults can each engage the Bible in ways that make sense for them.

For kids and teens, Sunday School is active and interactive. We use Bible stories, discussions, crafts, and honest conversation to help them see how God's love meets them in everyday situations-school pressures, friendships, questions about identity, and more. Our teachers know names, notice absences, and create a setting where no question is off-limits and every child is valued. Adults meet in groups that open Scripture carefully and talk about how to live it out in family life, work, and community. Some classes move through books of the Bible; others focus on themes like prayer, discipleship, or Christian living. The pace is relaxed enough for good conversation, yet focused enough that you leave with something concrete to consider or practice during the week.

Because our church family includes both long-time believers and those just starting to ask questions, we keep the environment gracious and welcoming. You do not need to "have it all together" or know every Bible story to fit in. Sunday School is one of the easiest ways to move from simply attending worship to building real friendships and growing in understanding.

Whether you come alone or with your whole family, there is a place for you at 10:00 AM. Share a cup of coffee, open a Bible, and join others who are learning to follow Jesus together before our 11:00 AM worship service.
