Matrimony

Matrimony at Holly Springs United Methodist is treated as both a celebration and a sacred covenant. We recognize that a wedding is far more than a beautiful day; it is the beginning of a lifelong promise made before God, family, and friends.

Our sanctuary offers a warm, reverent setting for your vows, with space that feels intimate yet welcoming to those you invite. From the first conversation, our pastor will walk with you through premarital counseling sessions, helping you think about communication, faith, finances, family expectations, and the everyday choices that shape a marriage over time. These meetings are relaxed and honest, giving you room to talk through both joys and concerns. As we plan the ceremony, we will work with you on Scripture readings, music, and the order of worship so that your personalities and story are reflected while keeping Christ at the center. We are also able to host small receptions or rehearsal gatherings on our grounds, as scheduling allows.

On your wedding day, our church family quietly supports you through prayer, hospitality, and cheerful help behind the scenes. We want you to focus on the vows you speak, the hands you hold, and the sense that God is present in that moment.
